We
under take the production of pressure Die
cast components and carry out the subsequent
operations such as filling CNC, VMC. We produce
PRESSURE DIE CAST COMPONENTS and finish them
to the quality mark such that they are directly
consumed in the Process of Production. We
undertake Bulk Production of casting followed
by Filling, Fettling, Drilling, De-Burring,
Grinding, CNC Machining, Vibro-cleaning, Assembling
and finally Packing.
Our key ingredient is the Aluminum. We process
Aluminum and Zinc Alloys of various compositions.
Some standards are ADC12/LM-2,ADC-6, LM6,
LM24, Zamak3, Zamak5 etc. and others are acquired
as per customized specifications of the customer. |
